If you have forgotten your Internet Banking user id or you have not yet received your user id, you can call our Customer Care Centre to get it.
All you need to do is pick up the phone, dial the Customer Care Centre number, authenticate yourself and our customer care center representative will give you your User Id over the phone.
In case you have forgotten your Password.
To get your password, please fill up the Request Form from any Equity Bank branch. We will authenticate you on the basis of the details submitted.
The new passwords will be generated at the end of the same day of the request and couriered to your address as available with the Bank.
If your user id has been disabled (for having entered login information incorrectly for 3 times in succession) or your user id is expired Call our Customer Care Centre to re-enable your user id or send a signed request to:
